We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Matthew from MWT. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the motorized blinds, ruled out other possibilities, and confirmed it was a defective motor unit. Matthew truly went above and beyond by clearly explaining the issue and patiently walking through how to use the remote control again. His caring, thoughtful approach made all the difference, and it was absolutely worth the wait to have the blinds serviced by him.

Matthew took a very difficult installation because of the slanted angle of the skylight and made it an easy and uncomplicated task.
